EL-AV BL Series two-stage vertical-tank piston compressors are built around heavy-duty BL-30 and BL-60 cast-iron pump blocks for tradesman, automotive, machine shop, and light industrial service. Slow-RPM operation (510 – 730 pump RPM) keeps internal temperatures down and dramatically extends valve and ring life vs. the high-speed oil-lubricated piston compressors commonly sold at hardware-store price points.
