Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we ship to all 50 states. Most parts orders process within 24 hours from our Carolinas warehouse. Larger compressors ship via LTL freight, typically 3–7 business days to most metros.
Can you help me size a compressor?
Absolutely. Send us your peak CFM demand, application type, required PSI, and duty cycle, and we'll spec rotary-screw, rotary-vane, or reciprocating options across our authorized brands. Free consultation, no obligation. See our sizing guide for the methodology.
Are you an authorized dealer?
Yes — A1 Compressor Warehouse is an authorized dealer for Atlas Copco, Mattei, Anest Iwata, Schulz of America, and EL-AV. We carry full manufacturer warranties and OEM parts.
Do you service compressors you didn't sell us?
Yes. We service all major industrial compressed-air brands — Atlas Copco, Mattei, Anest Iwata, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, Champion, Sullair, and others. Our technicians work on rotary screw, reciprocating, and oil-free units.
What does a preventive maintenance visit cover?
A standard PM visit includes oil and filter changes, separator inspection, belt and valve check, electrical and pressure-switch verification, drain valve service, and a written condition report. We tailor scope to your manufacturer's recommended interval.
Where is your service area?
Carolinas-based, with technicians dispatched across a 90-mile radius from Clover, SC: Charlotte NC, Rock Hill SC, Fort Mill, Gastonia, Concord, Kannapolis, Mooresville, Huntersville, plus surrounding cities. Parts ship nationwide.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. For larger orders we also accept ACH and wire transfer — call us to set up.
Do you offer net terms for businesses?
Yes — established business accounts may apply for Net-30 terms. Contact us at sales@a1compressorwarehouse.com with your AP contact and trade references.
What's the warranty?
Standard manufacturer warranty applies — typically 1 year, with extended terms on some Mattei and Atlas Copco models. See our warranty page for details by brand.
