Shipping & Delivery
Most parts orders ship within 24 hours from our Carolinas warehouse. Larger equipment ships via LTL freight to all 50 states.
How we ship
Small parcel
Under 70 lb via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. 1–5 business days in transit. Parts, filters, lubricants, and kits placed before 2 PM ET typically ship same business day.
LTL freight
Compressors, large tanks, industrial pumps. 3–7 business days to most metros. Liftgate and inside delivery available — request at checkout or by phone.
Expedited
UPS Air, FedEx Air, or guaranteed LTL when downtime is non-negotiable. Call for a quote — typically same-day pickup.
Damage & claims
Inspect freight at delivery. Note any damage on the bill of lading before signing — without that note, freight claims become very difficult.
For concealed damage discovered later, photograph the box and contents and email sales@a1compressorwarehouse.com within 5 business days.
Outside the lower 48
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada — contact us for a freight quote. Some larger units have export restrictions; we'll let you know before charging.
