Returns & Refunds
30-day return window on most stock items. Custom-configured compressors and special-order parts follow different rules — here's how it all works.
Standard parts
Stock parts, filters, lubricants, and accessories: return within 30 days of delivery in unused, original-packaging condition. 15% restocking fee applies unless the return is due to our error.
Equipment
Compressors, dryers, and large equipment may be returned within 30 days only if unopened and uninstalled. Once wired in, plumbed, or operated, returns are case-by-case and typically subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return freight.
Special-order
Custom-configured compressors (special voltage, control package, etc.), special-order parts not normally stocked, open lubricants, opened maintenance kits, and equipment damaged after delivery.

Get your RMA
We issue an RMA number and the return label (or book an LTL pickup for larger items) — usually within one business hour.
Refund posts
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds post to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
