EL-AV ELRD Series refrigerated compressed-air dryers cool incoming compressed air to a stable +3°C / 38°F pressure dew point — the industry-standard target for general plant air, removing 99% of the liquid water that causes line corrosion, rusty fittings, and pneumatic-tool failure.

Sizing & Installation Notes

Dryers are rated at standard reference conditions (35°C inlet, 100 PSI, 38°C ambient). For hotter inlets or lower line pressures, apply the manufacturer's correction factors — or call us and we'll size for your duty cycle. Always pair a refrigerated dryer with a coalescing prefilter (see our EL-AV EF Series line filters) to protect the heat exchanger from oil aerosols.
