The Atlas Copco TEX 190PE is a pneumatic paving breaker — the heavyweight handheld for concrete and asphalt demolition. RTEX models use the patented HAPS (Hammer Anti-vibration Power System) for lower hand-arm vibration; PE/PS variants have the silencer/handle differences common to the TEX line.
