Mattei rotary vane technology is the gold standard for continuous-duty industrial compressed air. With a single moving rotor (no contact between vanes and stator), Mattei compressors typically deliver 80,000+ hours to first overhaul — three to four times the service life of a comparable rotary screw machine, with lower vibration, quieter operation, and steadier flow.
The Mattei BLADE 7 IE3 is a 10 HP / 7.5 kW three-phase belt-drive rotary vane compressor. Available in 208V, 230V, and 460V (60 Hz / 3-phase), with operating pressure choices of 115 PSI (low), 150 PSI (high), or 175 PSI (extra high). Equipped with air aftercooler, MAESTRO XB control & protection, star-delta starter, Rotoroil F2 oil fill, and an IE3 motor.
Choose your configuration: base unit (skid-mounted, requires separate tank), 80 or 120 gallon ASME tank-mounted, or fully integrated air station with tank + refrigerated air dryer + 1.0-micron prefilter.
