The Mattei MWP Series are heatless canister desiccant dryers for clean, dry air without refrigeration (7 to 800 scfm).
Three pressure-dew-point options
- -40°F PDP — ideal where air lines are subject to icing from freezing temperatures (outdoor, cold-weather installations).
- +4°F PDP (3% R.H.) — ideal for waterborne paint systems.
- +30°F PDP — ideal to replace a refrigerated dryer in a dirty ambient (kiln rooms, foundries, etc.).
Control versions (2nd letter of part number)
- M — standard, purges air continuously
- SV — SmartValv Bluetooth LE energy saving
- PLC — PLC energy saving (purge only when in operation)
- PNU — pneumatically powered (NEMA 7 Class 1/Div 2)
